How It All Started
My journey in tech didn't start in web development. It started in technical support, where I helped customers troubleshoot problems with online orders and navigate websites.
That experience taught me something valuable: how everyday people actually interact with websites.
I learned what confuses visitors, what frustrates them, and what encourages them to take action. Today, that understanding influences every website I build.
When I design a page, I'm not just thinking about how it looks. I'm thinking about how visitors will use it, how easily they can find what they need, and what will encourage them to become customers.
From there, I transitioned into web development and haven't looked back.
Over the past two years, I've designed and developed WordPress and Duda websites for US-based agency clients across various industries, including real estate, e-commerce, retail, plumbing, roofing, hair and beauty, and home services.
Working in an agency environment has also strengthened my ability to manage client expectations, follow detailed project briefs, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively while working remotely.
