How It All Started
My journey in tech did not start in development. It started in technical support where I assisted customers who were having trouble placing orders and navigating websites. That role taught me something that most developers never learn in school. It taught me how real everyday people interact with websites. What confuses them. What frustrates them. What makes them click and what makes them leave. That understanding of real user behavior now shapes every single website I build. When I design a page I am not just thinking about how it looks. I am thinking about how a real person will use it and what will make them take action.
From there I made the move into web development and I have not looked back since. Over the past two years I have been building and designing WordPress and Duda websites for US based agency clients across a wide range of industries including real estate, e-commerce, plumbing, roofing, hair and beauty, and retail. Each project pushed me to grow, to solve new problems, and to deliver better results than the one before it. Working in a BPO agency environment also meant learning how to manage client expectations, follow detailed briefs, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly without needing constant supervision.
